The 2021-2022 school year begins on Wednesday, August 25th, 2021.

Enrollment Information for the 2021-2022 School Year:

Enrollment inquiries (both via email and phone) will be returned on alternating Fridays. We have currently filled the majority of our spots for next school year and are focused on running summer camp programs. Prior to calling/emailing, please make sure to fill out our enrollment application (Google Form attached below).

We have one spot available in our 2/3 year old mixed age room for a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday schedule. Our 3 year old spots and PreK (turns 5 by December or later) spots are full. We have Monday/Wednesday/Friday spots available for 4 year olds. Both our aftercare (runs 3:30-5:00 pm) and before (7:30-8:30 am) programs are full for all age groups.

If you are interested in one of the 4 year old or the specific M/T/W 2/3 spot, please fill out our online application and we will reach out to you to discuss. This is truly the best way to show you are interested in enrollment for the 2021/2022 school year.

Each year we begin accepting applications for the upcoming school year on November 1st. Anyone who did not have the desired spot available this year is strongly encouraged to apply again for the next school year and to apply early. If you are looking to enroll for either a 4 year old or the M/T/W 2/3’s spot for the 2021-2022 school year, please review the materials below and submit an application. When we call to discuss schedule options and availability, we can discuss any questions you have at that time.

General Timeline

In-house re-enrollment, for currently enrolled families, begins mid winter each year.  During that time, currently enrolled families have priority in selecting schedules and securing spots for the coming year, including spots for siblings.  In-house re-enrollment continues through late January/early February.  Any re-enrollment requests or requests for schedule changes after that time will be filed and processed along with requests for new families.

MCS will then process applications for families that withdrew for the current year due to COVID concerns. Paperwork from these families was due by Wednesday, February 10th, 2021.

MCS staff will then process new family applications in the order in which they were received.  Calls to new families began in early March. Most of our spots have been offered and we are still accepting applications for specific age groups. Once you have applied on the Google form, we will work to be as timely as possible in reaching out. Thanks for understanding that this process takes time and we will contact you as soon as possible. Everyone who has filed an application will be called and informed of your status.

Visiting the school:
MCS is limiting the number of people who enter the school at this time to currently enrolled students.  We are not currently offering in-person tours for prospective students. As a first step, please watch the video on this page for insight into our classrooms.

Tuition and Financial Assistance:
Go to our Hours and Tuition page for a complete explanation of our tuition and fees. For full information on our financial assistance programs, refer to our “Is financial aid available?” section.

Who will my child’s teacher be? Can I make a request?
It is not possible to answer the first question until late summer, since our Small Groups are not formed until that time. We want parents to know that ALL of our teachers are here because we believe they are outstanding at what they do. A teacher unfamiliar to you or new to the school may just be a great fit for your child! We discourage teacher requests for these reasons; thanks for understanding!

I have so many more questions!
Great! We have a list of common enrollment questions and answers on our “Frequently Asked Questions” page.
